At present, the electricity user name cannot be changed online. Users need to apply to the power supply enterprise for renaming or transferring. The process is as follows:

1. Power supply enterprises can only change the user name of electricity charges if the address, capacity and category of electricity consumption remain unchanged. When changing, it is necessary to bring the ID cards and real estate licenses of both parties to the power hall for handling;

2. When changing the user name, the original user needs to settle the debt with the power supply enterprise before it can be lifted;

3. If the transfer formalities are not handled, the new user needs to bear the debts of the original user;

4. If the power supply enterprise finds that the user has transferred the ownership privately, it shall go through the formalities.
