First, go through the application procedures for hiring foreign teachers.

2. Send the original visa notice issued by the Foreign Affairs Office and the blank medical records of overseas personnel to the foreign teachers to be hired, and notify the other party to apply for Z visa at embassies and consulates in China/Visa Office.

3. Foreign teachers should fill in the Registration Form for Temporary Accommodation of Foreign Personnel within 24 hours after arriving at the school and submit it to the college police station.

4. To handle visa, residence permit and expert certificate formalities for foreign teachers in time, foreign teachers should provide passports, visas, physical examination records of overseas personnel (original report forms of blood tests and X-rays must be attached), photos and other materials. Note: Overseas personnel must have a comprehensive physical examination in their own public hospitals, which is valid for half a year. The medical records of overseas personnel must have the doctor's autograph and blood test (including HIV, syphilis and other sexually transmitted diseases) and the original X-ray examination report.
