Second, the main responsibilities and requirements of the apprentice:
1. Seriously study the theory of education and teaching, actively seek the help of teachers, study with an open mind, practice boldly, ask questions when in doubt, and be strict with yourself.

3. Hold a teaching activity every semester, complete teaching reflections, cases and teaching papers on time, and constantly improve the teaching ability and level in practice.

8. Inviting apprentices to participate in the topics studied by the master; The apprentice's research topic is guided by the master and recorded.
9. Instruct apprentices to actively participate in the daily management of schools and classes.
10. Before the end of each semester, write a summary of instructing apprentices this semester.
Second, the responsibilities of the apprentice:
1. Love education, actively participate in various teaching and research activities, and actively communicate with the master and report the learning situation after the activities.
2. Proactive, take the initiative to put forward learning requirements to the master, be open-minded and eager to learn, and be determined to have certain achievements in teaching.
3. Make a good semester lesson plan, prepare lessons carefully, and be sure to write a standardized lesson plan.
5. Listen carefully, pay attention to classroom information feedback, sum up reflections in time, and write at least 20 reflections each semester.
6. Send at least one examination paper of this subject every semester.
7. The apprentice should take the initiative to report the learning situation to the master regularly, record the master's guidance and suggestions in time, and write the master's summary.
8. Apprentices should actively participate in the research project of the master, invite the master to participate in their own research project and receive guidance.
