I. Management measures

Second, the use of meal cards.

1. Please read the meal card carefully when using it for the first time:

The (1) card only needs to be lightly touched in the sensing area, and the canteen staff can swipe their cards on the credit card machine to take meals after inputting the consumption amount.

(2) Food prices: 2 yuan for breakfast and snacks, and 7 yuan for lunch and dinner.

2. Recharge:

(1) On-the-job employee recharge: Before 30th/3rd1day of each month, all departments collect employee meal cards and submit them to the personnel department, which will issue meal supplements. In case of holidays, the monthly extension will be based on 480 yuan;

(2) New employees charge by opening cards: When new employees report for duty, the personnel department will provide temporary meal cards and reissue them on 30th of each month/3rd1;

(3) When foreigners eat, the person in charge of reception will write an application, which will be signed by the department head before they can enter the dining hall.

(3) Employees who don't carry meal cards can go to the personnel department to fill in the dining application form, and the department head can sign it before entering the dining hall.

3. Report the loss and reissue the meal card.

(1) After the meal card is lost, the holder of the meal card shall report the loss to the personnel department in time with his valid work number plate or the certificate of the in-service department;

(2) For those who find the meal cards of others, take the initiative to hand them over to the personnel department or to the employees themselves;

(3) If the meal card is damaged or lost, it will be charged at the cost of 20 yuan/piece.
