For court hearing notices, with the consent of the person to be served, the people's court may serve them by mobile phone text message. If the notice is delivered by mobile phone text message, the date when the text message reaches the specific system of the recipient shall be the date of service.
For the plaintiff, the court sent it according to the address on the service address confirmation form filled in when filing the case. For the defendant, it sent it according to the address provided by the plaintiff in the complaint, and there was a service address confirmation. Books are also sent to this address. The postal department will then arrange for specialized personnel to deliver it. If it is difficult to directly serve litigation documents, you may entrust another people's court to serve them on your behalf or serve them by mail. If delivered by mail, the date of receipt stated on the return receipt shall be the date of delivery. Direct service refers to the method of service in which the people's court directly delivers the litigation documents to be served to the person to be served or to the adult family member, collector or litigation agent who lives with the person to be served.

Article 88
Service of litigation documents shall be delivered directly to the person to be served. If the person to be served is a citizen, he or she must hand it over to his adult family member who lives with him or her. If the person to be served is a legal person or other organization, the legal representative of the legal person or the principal person in charge of the other organization or the legal person or organization shall be responsible for the receipt. The recipient shall sign for receipt; if the recipient has a litigation agent, the document may be sent to his agent for signature; if the recipient has designated a collector to the people's court, the document shall be submitted to the recipient for signature. The date on which the adult family member living with the recipient, the person responsible for receiving the document from a legal person or other organization, the litigation agent or the recipient signs on the delivery receipt shall be the date of delivery.
