How to add a handwritten signature to an electronic document
1. Use a scanner, camera or mobile phone to scan or take photos of handwritten signatures, and crop the pictures correctly through PS or other photo editing software.

2. Select "Insert-Picture-From File" in the word document to insert a handwritten signature, and then select a custom handwritten signature.

3. Double-click the handwritten signature picture with the mouse to pop up the format picture panel. Select the image control in the picture bar and set the color to black and white.

4. In the Format Picture panel, select the Format column, select Text in circular mode, and then click OK.

5. Finally, adjust the size and position of the signature appropriately.
