Materials/Tools: photoshop2017

1. First load the picture we want to cut out into photoshop, and just drag it directly into photoshop!

2. Then we select the magic wand tool in the toolbar.

3. Click the magic wand tool in the blank space of the image to perform preliminary cutout.

4. Then we select the quick selection tool.

5. Finely process some details.

6. Then we click inverse selection in the selection above.

7. Then click the selected and covered button.

8. Finally, we can see that the character picture has been cut out.
