Network problems. The super password cannot be recovered, mostly due to network problems. The solution is as follows:

1. Download the PUTTY software first.

2. Secondly, run PUTTY to open the port192.168.1.122.

3. Then enter the user name and password as admin.

4. Enter telecomadminget to get the super administrator password.
