2. Open the Times Fengjun APP and enter the login interface. If you haven't registered an account yet, you can click the "Register" button to register an account.

3. Log in to Times Fengjun APP using your registered account.

4. On the APP homepage or personal center interface, find the "Bind Small Card" or similar option.

5. Click "Bind Photo Card" and then enter your photo card number and password as prompted on the page.

6. After entering the small card number and password, click the Confirm or Bind button. Wait a moment while the system performs verification and binding operations.

7. After the binding is successful, you can view the relevant information of the small card in the APP, such as balance, consumption records, etc.
