Wataru Takagi's most familiar work to the audience is "Detective Conan". In the play, he was responsible for the dubbing of Detective Takagi, the head of the First Investigation Division. The similarity between his last name and the character's last name is quite gimmick. In addition, he also voiced Genta Kojima, a first-grade Class B student at Teidan Elementary School in this anime. Personal life
In the voice actor industry, he is known as the "late devil". One time, Takagi started recording at 10 a.m. and woke up at 11 a.m. He didn't rush to the recording studio. Instead, he thought, "It's already late anyway," so he leisurely drank coffee and took a shower at home. Takagi, who was late for a negotiation meeting on the script of the anime "Stingy Angel", acted as if nothing had happened and sat on the seat furthest away from actress Emi Hayashibara in an attempt to get away with it. Hayashihara pointed speechlessly. There was an empty seat next to her and he said, "She, sit over here." As a result, under Lin Yuan's pressure, Takagi sat down on the seat next to Lin Yuan tremblingly.
