Legal basis: Article 33 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Electronic Signatures. The term "electronic data" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to information generated, stored or transmitted by electronic means, optical means or similar means, including telegrams, telex, faxes, electronic data exchange, e-mail and other forms.
Electronic signature refers to the data contained in, attached to or logically associated with data messages, which is used to determine the identity of users.
Users refer to natural persons, legal persons or other organizations that legally obtain and use electronic signatures.
Digital signature is an electronic signature using asymmetric cryptosystem. Asymmetric cryptosystem can generate a secure pairing key, the private key is used to make the signature and the public key is used to verify the signature.
