3. The person in charge of Party B must ensure the safety of construction workers such as fire prevention, theft prevention, and accident prevention. If relevant damage occurs, Party B shall be solely responsible.

3. Project acceptance

After the construction is completed, Party A will conduct quality acceptance, and Party B shall cooperate.

4. Project price and settlement method

5. Warranty

When quality problems occur, Party B shall perform maintenance obligations promptly, effectively and fully.

5. Quality Requirements

7. Responsibilities of both parties

1. Party A: Responsible for providing the use and design requirements of the entire project; providing the location of water and electricity for on-site use; providing material transportation channels and necessary materials The design drawings of the storage site and the original building; the location of the power distribution system, pipeline system, and water supply and drainage main valves involved in the decoration project should be specified; the construction site must be level.

2. Party B: Provide Party A with engineering decoration construction design drawings and project quotations.

8. Other Matters

The following agreement has been reached by Party A and Party B:

1. If the project cannot be constructed due to special circumstances or force majeure, the construction period may be extended. Postponed; in the event of a breach of contract, all losses caused by the breach of contract shall be borne by the breaching party.

2. When there are changes in the materials and processes of projects or projects other than those quoted in this project, Party A needs to determine the comprehensive unit price and sign it in the form of an "on-site visa" signed by the on-site person in charge of Party A. (If work beyond the quotation of this project has already occurred or the materials and processes of the project have changed, and Party A has approved it, but Party A does not have a visa, the expenses incurred are also valid.)
