Specifications for submission of materials for registration of business opening of individual industrial and commercial households

1. "Application for Change Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households" signed by the operator;

2. Application If the name is changed, the individual industrial and commercial household has applied for the reserved registration of the name change of the individual industrial and commercial household and submitted the "Notice of Reserved Name Change of the Individual Industrial and Commercial Household". If it has not applied, there is no need to submit it;

3. Operator If your name or address changes, you should submit a copy of the new ID card or a certificate issued by the public security organ after the change of name and address;

4. Applications for changing operators are limited to registered participants. Within the scope of family members operating the business, all family members participating in the business should sign in the operator signature column of the "Application Form for Change Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households" for confirmation (both the original operator and the changed operator should sign in the operator signature column (Confirm with signature);

The form of individual industrial and commercial households is individual business, and the operator cannot be changed.

5. If you apply to change the composition form, all family members participating in the business shall sign in the operator's signature column of the "Application Form for Change Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households" for confirmation. Among them: If the business is changed from an individual business to a family business, a copy of the household registration book or marriage certificate should be submitted as proof of family members' kinship. At the same time, copies of the ID cards of the family members participating in the business should be submitted, and their names and ID numbers should be recorded;

6. If the business scope applied for change includes items that must be submitted for approval before registration according to laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, a copy of the relevant approval document or license certificate must be submitted;

7. If you apply for a change of business location, you must submit a certificate of use of the changed business location;

If you apply for a change of business location, it must be within the jurisdiction of the same registration authority. If the new business place is in the jurisdiction of other registration authorities, it should be handled in accordance with the principle of "one closing, one opening", that is, the original individual industrial and commercial household shall be canceled and a new application for individual industrial and commercial household registration shall be made to the registration authority where the new business place is located.
