The regulations of different hospitals are not exactly the same. Most hospitals have infusion signatures on the infusion sheets, and whoever infuses behind each bottle of liquid will sign. The drainage strip on the infusion bottle label shall be signed by the scribe, checker, dosing nurse and transfusion person. Whoever signs the infusion card, who visits and who changes the infusion bottle needs to sign. In short, three checks and seven pairs should be done well in infusion to avoid mistakes.
