Cause: The file data installed in the fault area is unreadable or damaged due to disk failure.

Solution: Repair the disk. The operation is as follows:

1, restart the computer first and press F8;

2. After the computer is turned on, it will enter the advanced page of the system, and select "Disable driver signature enforcement" to enter the system;

3. After entering the system desktop, press WIN+R to open the running window and enter cmd；;

4. In the window that opens, enter chkdsk/f;

5. You will be prompted to restart, and enter y to confirm the restart;

6. After the computer is started, it will enter the disk detection mode and repair it;

7. The repair was successful.
