Second, the recruitment target

1, registered in Salt Lake District, graduated from full-time institutions of higher learning with technical secondary school education or above (normal majors) or full-time college education or above in non-normal institutions of higher learning.

2. Graduates who are not registered in Salt Lake District and have obtained a bachelor's degree in full-time colleges and universities.

3, Salt Lake District household registration, the current substitute teachers have private teacher teaching experience, and meet the following conditions, can take the recruitment examination:

(1) Join the work of private teachers before the end of 1986;

(2) 1995, the private teachers of the District Education Bureau were reorganized;

(3) Having a technical secondary school education or above;

Third, the application conditions

4. Age: All kinds of graduates should be under 30 years old (including 30 years old) by 2008, and substitute teachers with private teacher experience are not required.

5. Education:

① Apply for high school teachers: have a bachelor's degree or above in today's colleges and universities, and obtain a bachelor's degree or above.

2 apply for junior high school teachers: have full-time college education or above.

(3) Apply for primary school teachers: have a full-time normal secondary school (including kindergarten teachers and special education) and a college degree or above. College degree or above, primary education and preschool education majors can only apply for primary school teachers.

6. Major: The subject of the position applied for corresponds to the major studied or is consistent with the teacher qualification certificate.

7. Teacher qualification certificate: graduates of non-normal colleges and above must have teacher qualification certificates corresponding to the positions they apply for.

8. Everyone can only apply for one subject in one part of study. If the number of applicants is less than 5 times that of the subject, no examination will be held.

Four. Recruitment procedures and methods

This recruitment is jointly organized by the District Personnel Bureau, the District Education Bureau and the District Supervision Committee, and is implemented in four steps: registration and qualification examination, written examination, interview and announcement of employment results.

(1) Registration and qualification examination

1. Registration time: July 7-July 16 (no holidays).

① Pay the registration fee, qualification examination fee and written examination fee 100 yuan as required.

② Submit 5 recent color photos with the same background, bareheaded and 1 inch.

(3) Submit the required documents and photocopies at the time of registration: ID card, household registration book, diploma, degree certificate, registration card, file and teacher qualification certificate (non-normal).

2. The written examination is a closed-book examination, and the subjects are "Public Knowledge" and "Professional Knowledge". The time is 120 minutes respectively.

Note: High school and junior high school teachers need to take the textbooks of normal colleges; Apply for primary school teachers to take middle school textbooks.

3. The written test scores are the average scores of "Public Knowledge" and "Professional Knowledge", and the written test scores will be publicized as required after the examination marking. If you are in doubt about your grades, you can apply for grading at the District Personnel Testing Center within the specified time.

(3) Interview

1. After the written test results are announced without objection, the interview candidates will be determined from high to low according to the number of recruits 1: 2 and announced to the public.

2. The examiner must go to the designated place to confirm his participation in the interview within the specified time and pay the interview fee.

3. The interview method is trial lecture, on-site topic selection, on-site lesson preparation and on-site trial lecture. The lecture lasts for 20 minutes, with full mark 100. The content is the current teaching materials of the reported subjects, which mainly examines the blackboard writing, Putonghua and teaching situation of the applicants.

The materials are understood and the interview results are announced on the spot.

4. The interview time, place and specific trial content will be notified separately.

(four) announced the employment results

1. The total employment score is the sum of written test score and interview score.

2. The total employment scores are sorted from high to low according to the number of years of study and disciplines, and positions are selected according to the intention of applying for positions. After confirming the proposed employment, it will be publicized to the public for one week.

3. When the total employment score is tied, it shall be determined in the order of interview score and professional knowledge score.

4. During the publicity period, the candidates to be hired are disqualified for various reasons and will be replenished in turn according to their achievements.

5. After the publicity, the personnel to be hired will be reviewed, submitted to the recruitment leading group for examination and approval, and the list of officially hired personnel will be announced to the public, and the Personnel Bureau will issue a notice of probation in the form of an official letter.

6. According to the Interim Measures for the Administration of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Shanxi Province, the probation period of the personnel to be hired is 1 year, and the probation period is jointly assessed by the Personnel Bureau, the Education Bureau and the Supervision Bureau. Those who pass the employment examination and approval procedures shall be handled and verified by the Personnel Bureau, and the District Education Bureau shall be responsible for signing the employment contract. The preparation department shall go through the preparation procedures, and the treatment shall be implemented with reference to the salary standard of staff in public institutions. Those who fail the exam will not be hired.

7. The service period of the officially hired personnel is 5 years, and they are not allowed to apply for job transfer, full-time study and postgraduate study during the service period.

8. At present, once hired, the personnel studying for the second degree in various colleges and universities are not allowed to go to school full-time, and if they violate the rules, they will be dismissed.
