My characteristics are: honesty and trustworthiness, enthusiasm for others, and the courage to challenge myself. When dealing with the world, I insist on being strict with myself and being lenient towards others. If you want others to respect you, you must first respect others. Good interpersonal relationships are based on understanding and communication.
