Article 18 The standard of unemployment insurance benefits shall be determined by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government at a level lower than the local minimum wage and higher than the minimum living standard for urban residents.
Nineteenth unemployed people who are sick and seek medical treatment during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits may apply to social insurance agencies for receiving medical subsidies in accordance with regulations. doctor

Article 21 If a farmer contract worker employed by a unit has worked continuously for 1 year, and the unit has paid unemployment insurance premium, but the labor contract has not been renewed or terminated in advance, the social insurance agency shall issue a one-time living allowance according to the length of his working hours. Measures and standards for subsidies shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
