How to sign an entrustment agreement with a lawyer
Legal analysis: when signing an agency contract with a lawyer, the parties concerned shall specify the basic information of the client, the entrusted matters, the scope of authorization, the responsibilities, the liabilities for breach of contract and the relief methods, which shall conform to the true intentions of both parties, and there shall be no fraud or coercion.

Legal basis: Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Article 143 A civil juristic act that meets the following conditions is valid:

(1) The actor has corresponding capacity for civil conduct;

(2) the meaning is true;

Article 165 If the power of attorney is in written form, it shall specify the name of the agent, the matters to be represented, the authority and the time limit, and shall be signed or sealed by the principal.

Article 505 The validity of a contract concluded by the parties beyond the scope of business shall be determined in accordance with Section 3 of Chapter VI of Part I of this Law and the relevant provisions of this Chapter, and the contract shall not be deemed invalid because it exceeds the scope of business.
