Procedures: 1. Submit a completed and signed Application Form for Mainland Residents' Travel Permit and Endorsement to and from Hong Kong and Macao;

2. The applicant must submit the original valid Mainland resident ID card and Hong Kong ID card, and submit one copy each;

3. Submit the original Travel Permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao held by the applicant, and submit one copy (please copy the personal information page with photos, the latest endorsement page issued by the Mainland and the valid stay endorsement page approved by the Hong Kong Immigration Department). After completing the application procedures, the pass will be returned to the applicant, but it must be brought back when receiving the endorsement;
