Legal basis:
Article 136 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC): A civil juristic act takes effect upon its establishment, unless it is otherwise stipulated by law or agreed by the parties.
Without the legal provisions or the consent of the other party, the actor may not change or terminate the civil juristic act.
Article 577 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC): If a party fails to perform its contractual obligations or fails to perform its contractual obligations, it shall be liable for breach of contract such as continuing to perform, taking remedial measures or compensating for losses.
