Drought temporary living difficulties assistance is used to help people who have difficulties in living due to drought solve basic living difficulties such as food rations and drinking water.
Temporary living difficulties assistance in winter and spring is used to help disaster-stricken people solve basic living difficulties such as food rations, clothing, quilts, and heating during the winter and spring famine.
Central-level disaster relief reserve material procurement and management fees are used to purchase central-level disaster relief reserve materials; subsidies are provided to storage units designated by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Finance to manage central-level disaster relief reserve material expenses, based on actual annual storage costs 3% of the amount of materials is assessed.
