As long as there is clear evidence that the applicant's signature on the insurance policy is the agent's signature, you can ask for a full refund. The insurance law clearly stipulates that the insurance contract signed by the agent is invalid for life insurance with death as the payment condition, and the policy has no legal effect from the beginning. Of course, invalid contracts will be fully refunded.
