There are the following precautions when signing an employment agreement:
1. Graduates reach an agreement with the employer and sign and seal the employment agreement. The employer shall indicate the name and address of the graduate file that can be received in the agreement.
2. The superior competent department of the employing unit approves and seals it.
3. The employer must send the agreement to the employment department of school graduates within ten working days from the date of signing the agreement with the graduates.
4. The graduate employment department shall fill in the column of "School-related Information and Opinions" in the agreement "Basic Information of Party B" (or affix the official seal of the school employment department), and timely feedback the agreement to the employer.
