Why does FASTBOOT mede still appear... like this?

1.1. Use Fastboot method to flash

In Android phones, Fastboot is a lower-level flashing mode than Recovery. Fastboot is a kind of wired flashing, which is a flashing mode that uses a USB data cable to connect to the mobile phone. Compared with some card swiping systems, online swiping is more reliable and safer.

The Fastboot tool is under "Tool Software\Windows\Fastboot\Fastboot" on the CD. For convenience, extract it to the D drive.

1.1.1. Install the Fastboot driver

The first time you use Fastboot, you need to install the driver. The driver location is under "Tool Software\Windows\Fastboot\Fastboot Driver". Connect the serial port and USB port of the development board as shown below.

Enter "fastboot" in the terminal, as shown in the figure below. It can be seen that there are 4 partitions in one partition. The first one is "bootloader", and the second one is "bootloader". One is "recovery", the third is the kernel, and the fourth is the file system.

At this time, if the driver is installed on the system, it should be displayed as follows in the device manager:

If the driver is not installed, select Update Driver and install it manually.

Note: The same operation is done under XP, but the names of some places are different! In the fifth step, if the confirmation button is gray, just select usbwin in X86. If it is 64-bit XP, select x64. Under WIIN8, forced driver signature must be turned off to install the driver.
