Notice of Guangxi Department of Education on Relevant Matters Concerning the Qualification Examination of Candidates for Civil Servant Interview in the 2023 Annual Examination
In order to do a good job in the interview qualification examination of civil servants employed in the 2023 annual examination, according to the requirements of the Announcement of Civil Servants Employed in the 2023 Annual Examination of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the interview finalists are required to provide interview qualification examination application materials. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Identify short-listed candidates for interviews
According to the proportion of qualified written test scores, the number of candidates to be hired and the short-listed interview candidates 1:3 determined by the competent civil servant department of the autonomous region, and according to the total written test score (total written test score = administrative professional ability test score+entrance examination score+extra points for minority care), 22 candidates including Li Wenli are determined as short-listed interview candidates (see Annex 1 for the specific personnel list). When the total score of the last candidate in the proportion is tied, it is also determined to be a shortlisted interview candidate. If the number of people who pass the qualified scores of recruitment positions does not reach the required interview ratio, the written test qualified personnel will be organized for an interview.
Second, submit the qualification materials
(1) submission time: on the afternoon of March 22, 2023/before kloc-0/8: 00.
(2) the content of the submitted materials.
Candidates shortlisted for interview must provide copies or photocopies of the following materials:
1. Registration Form (supplement and improve the resume, major social relations and other contents, and sign it in person);
2. My valid ID card (both sides);
3. Graduation certificate and degree certificate that meet the requirements of applying for the post (graduates of 2023 in ordinary colleges and universities provide graduates' employment recommendation form stamped by the graduation school). A foreign academic degree requires a certification report issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education;
4. The applicant's letter of commitment in good faith (see Annex 2 for details, download, print and sign by yourself);
5. grassroots work experience certificate (see Annex 3 for details, download, print and sign by yourself).
Candidates who are not shortlisted do not need to provide materials.
(3) the way to submit materials.
Candidates who have been shortlisted for interview should provide qualification materials to Guangxi Education Department by email (recommendation), direct delivery (recommendation), mail or fax as required. Among them, candidates who send materials by e-mail should scan the qualification examination materials into PDF format, package them into a compressed package named "applied position+candidate's name", send them to the designated mailbox for qualification examination within the specified time, and confirm whether the transmission is successful by telephone; Candidates who send the qualification materials by express mail should confirm the specific delivery time with the courier company so as not to affect the qualification examination.

(3) Requirements for submission of materials. Where the application materials or information involved in the qualification examination are false, which affects the results of the qualification examination, our bureau will cancel its qualification to participate in the interview and deal with it severely according to relevant regulations. Applicants who have forged academic certificates and other documents to defraud examination qualifications and other serious violations of discipline and discipline will be dealt with severely in accordance with the relevant provisions on violations of discipline and discipline in civil service recruitment.
Failing to submit the qualification examination materials within the time limit shall be deemed as giving up the interview qualification.
Third, health management.
Candidates should do a good job in self-health management. Strengthen personal health monitoring during the preparation period, minimize unnecessary outings and gatherings, and wear masks when traveling by public transport to avoid abnormal health affecting the interview. Candidates should take the initiative to go to medical institutions for examination and report to the recruitment agency once they find symptoms of physical discomfort such as fever, fatigue, cough, sore throat, diarrhea and vomiting.
Four. any other business
After the issuance of this notice, if any applicant gives up the interview qualification or fails to pass the qualification examination, it will not be replaced. Applicants who give up the interview qualification must submit a written application.
