This year, the Ministry of Civil Affairs has made new regulations on marriage registration, implementing unified standards for marriage registration photos and marriage registration notices. The new policy of the Ministry of Civil Affairs was implemented this year. Although there were regulations on marriage registration photos before, there were no restrictions on the background color, nor strict restrictions on the length and width of the photos. At present, the Ministry of Civil Affairs' implementation standards for marriage registration photos are: "3 marriage certificate photos, 2 inches in size, with the specifications of 'a recent half-length color photo of both parties without a hat, on glossy photo paper, with a paste size (length × width) of 6 × 4 ( cm)'; two 2-inch divorce certificate photos, the specifications are 'a recent half-length color photo of a single person without a hat, on glossy photo paper, with a pasting size of (length x width) 3.5 x 4.5 (cm)'. The background of the photo is red. The new regulations also unify the specific content of marriage registration notices.
According to Chinese law, digital photos without digital signatures cannot be used for official purposes. Photos for official purposes must be shot on film, chemically developed, and the original negatives retained for future reference. If nothing goes wrong, that's all. If something happens and a dispute arises, the trouble will be big. It can even be interpreted as the marriage certificate photo being invalid, which is equivalent to the marriage certificate being invalid.
Unprocessed or slightly beautified digital photos using chemical processing (laser printing) methods can generally be used as ID photos. But the synthesized photos will definitely not work.
The above are the standard sizes of marriage certificate photos, I believe they can help you!
