Safety technical disclosure shall be carried out by the technical director of the project, and shall not be carried out by the safety management personnel.

The safety officer only supervises the implementation of the disclosure work, participates in the disclosure work at most, and cannot sign as the person in charge of the disclosure work. The person who accepts the disclosure is each operator in the construction team, and the relevant personnel of both parties shall sign for confirmation.
