What company issues commemorative coins with collectible value?
Ordinary commemorative coins are issued by the People's Bank of China, and then cast by state-owned mints such as Shenyang Bao Guo Mint and Shenzhen Bao Guo Mint under the Central Bank. There are also commemorative coins of general materials, which are issued without certificates and can be exchanged at the bank on the day of issuance. If it is a gold coin or a silver coin, the certificate must be made by printing paper and signed by the bank president. Note: Commemorative coins with face value belong to the national legal currency, and only the highest unit that issues coins in a country can issue them. There is no knowledge commemorative medal with face value!
