Materials required for Japanese visa

1 passport:

I have a personal passport valid for more than half a year.

The last page of the old passport must be signed by myself. If it is a new passport, the old passport must be provided.

2. Photos:

Two 2-inch (3.5cm x 4.5cm) color photos taken by myself in recent 3 months.

Please write your name in pencil at the back of the photo.

3. Copy of the household registration book: the whole book.

All pages with content need to be clearly copied, from the first page to pages without personnel registration.

4. Copy of ID card: Copy the front and back of ID card on a piece of A4 paper.

16 years old with ID card must be provided, 16 years old without ID card is not required.

5. Copy of residence permit: if the household registration is not in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui or Jiangxi, a copy of residence permit or temporary residence permit that has lived in this area for more than half a year must be provided.

6. Copy of marriage certificate: if married, a copy of marriage certificate is required; Divorce requires a divorce certificate or a court verdict. Being single doesn't provide

7. Copy of the unit certificate: a copy of the business license with annual inspection records is required, and the official seal is required; The institution shall provide a copy of the organization code certificate stamped with the official seal.

8. On-the-job certificate: The on-the-job certificate needs to be stamped with the company's (official seal) and (financial seal). If the applicant is the legal representative, it needs to be signed by the person in charge of enterprise personnel, not by himself or by peers.

If your company doesn't have letterheads, you need to add your own letterheads.

Except for the autograph of the leader, all other materials need to be printed.

10, proof of economic ability:

If you can provide an on-the-job certificate with an annual salary of100000 for yourself or your immediate family members, you can choose one of the following:

A deposit certificate issued by the bank of RMB 50,000+copy of real estate license/automobile production certificate;

B the deposit certificate issued by the bank is 654.38 million yuan, which needs to be frozen or fixed for 3 months, and the validity period should be after the date of returning to China;

C the original individual income tax return or individual tax payment certificate of the previous year should indicate the annual salary in the blank;

D. A detailed list of half-year salary issued by the bank: you can clearly see the discrepancy between monthly salary and money, with the word "salary". If the annual income of employment certificate is below100000, a deposit certificate issued by the bank, at least 300000, needs to be frozen or fixed for 3 months, and the validity period should be after the date of returning to China.

1 1. Proof of relationship: A Japanese visa requires proof of financial ability, which can be in the name of oneself or parents, children, brothers and sisters, spouse, parents-in-law, son-in-law, in-laws and daughter-in-law.

If it is submitted in the name of another person, the relationship certificate of the two persons must be submitted at the same time: a copy of the household registration book or a copy of the marriage certificate or a copy of the notarial certificate of kinship or the original certificate of relationship stamped with a red seal issued by the police station. Indirect proof of the relationship can be accepted as long as the relationship proof materials are complete.

12, employment certificate of immediate family members:

If the proof of financial ability of immediate family members with annual salary of100000 yuan is used, the proof of employment of relatives shall be provided together: the annual salary (which must be above100000 yuan) and position shall be indicated, printed and stamped with the official seal and special financial seal on the unit stationery, and signed by the person in charge.
