3. Your customer is not equipped with a design terminal. Notes has three versions of clients: notes Basic, notes Design and notes Management.

From the screenshot, the third one is more in line with your situation. Because the design side is installed, there must be a shortcut icon of "design side" under the icon bar refresh icon erected on the leftmost side of the screenshot.
