2.? Use the green to transparent gradient tool to make a gradient on the newly created layer.
Draw a horizontal line with a little brighter green than the previous one. If it is not bright enough, adjust the brightness of the layer where the horizontal line is located.
4. Put the fingerprint layer on it and create a clipping mask with the gradient layer. And lock the layer where the horizontal line is located with the gradient layer.
5. Make a gradual change from top to bottom in the same way. You can also copy the layer above and flip the gradient layer.
6.? The same as the one above, but in the opposite direction.
7.? Click Window-Timeline to bring up the frame editor.
8.? In the first frame, drag the downward gradient onto it and drag out the picture, then drag the upward gradient downward and drag out the picture, and then in the second frame, move the upward gradient to the bottom and fully display the picture.
9.? The third frame is processed in the same way, and then 20 frames are transitioned between the first frame and the second frame, and 20 frames are transitioned between the second frame and the third frame (the second frame and the third frame here refer to the second frame and the third frame in the previous step).
10. Create a new frame, enter the word "Certified", then select all the frames before it, and remove the text layer to make it invisible, except the text layer of the last frame.
1 1.? Create another frame later, remove the text layer, create another frame, and the text layer will light up. Do this several times, but the last frame should have the text layer, and the playback delay time of the last frame should be set to 2 seconds separately.
12.? Select all frames except the last frame and set the playback time to 0. 1 sec.
13. Set the playback loop mode to "Permanent".
14.? Save: Click File-Save in WEB format.
