2. Replacement of lost ID card:

(1) Select ID card business;

(2) Select replacement of lost ID card;

(5 ) Please face the camera to take a picture, and the "all-in-one machine" will perform portrait comparison;

(6) Please press the thumbs of your left hand and right hand to collect fingerprints three times;

(7) Please Enter your mobile phone number;

(8) Please select the certificate collection mode to accept certificate collection at the police station and mail collection. If you choose to receive the certificate by mail, please fill in the recipient information, including the recipient's name, address and mobile phone number;

(9) The interface will generate a resident ID card application registration form. After the electronic signature is confirmed, the application is successful. And a receipt will be printed;

(10) The interface will generate a payment QR code. Citizens can choose to scan the QR code to complete the payment, or they can scan the QR code on the printed payment notice to complete the payment. .

3. Replacement of damaged ID card:

The process of replacing a damaged ID card is the same as the process of replacing a lost ID card.
