4. Fourth, relatives are cults or diehards
Those who are main family members, direct dependents, members of major social relations or other relatives who have great influence on themselves are backbone members of cults or harmful martial arts organizations or diehards shall not be recruited for active service.
5. Fifth: Those who endanger national security
the main family members, direct dependents, members of major social relations or other relatives who have great influence on themselves may not be recruited for active service.
6. Sixth: Other circumstances
Other circumstances that do not meet the special requirements for political conditions.
