Under normal circumstances, the covers of our WeChat circle of friends are static pictures. In fact, the new version of WeChat can already set the cover of friends circle as a dynamic picture. Open your own WeChat circle of friends interface, click on the cover above the circle of friends, and the whole cover will expand (as shown below).

Then click the "Change Cover" button in the lower right corner to enter the "Change Album Cover" interface (as shown below).

Click "Set Permission" to enter the "Friend Permission" interface (as shown below).
