If the authorized signing agent violates the agreement in the future, I will also bear the responsibility for breach of contract, and the signing agent will not bear any responsibility. To conclude a contract, the parties shall have corresponding capacity for civil rights and capacity for civil conduct, and the parties may entrust an agent to conclude a contract according to law.

Legal basis: Article 502 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC), a contract established according to law shall come into effect upon its establishment, unless otherwise stipulated by law or agreed by the parties.
