According to Article 111 of the Civil Procedure Law, forgery of signatures and fingerprints belongs to forgery of evidence, and legal responsibility can be investigated according to the purpose and circumstances of forgery of evidence. According to the seriousness of the case, fines and detention shall be imposed. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
