The safest way is for the other insurance company to issue a receipt (one of which is for you), and then pull the responsible party to your 4s shop to determine the damage, and the other party will pay by credit card. If the loss is uncertain, the other party will pay part of it first. After the car is repaired, the other party goes to 4s to get the invoice (overpayment and underpayment) and submits it to the insurance company for reimbursement.
