County kindergarten was founded in 1980 and moved to the park in 2003. Over the years, it has been rated as a provincial scientific research and popular science unit, a municipal advanced collective for early childhood education, a municipal advanced collective for safety and civilization, and a municipal advanced collective for green campus. At present, there are 34 registered teachers, 6 classes in large, medium and small classes, and more than 250 children in the park.

As we all know, kindergarten safety is the most important work in our kindergarten. According to the arrangement of the higher authorities for safety work, our park always adheres to the guiding principle of "safety first, prevention first" and works closely around the center of "maintaining the order of teaching life in kindergartens and ensuring the personal and property safety of teachers and students". The safety work of our park in recent years is briefly reported as follows:

(a) strengthen leadership, establish institutions, and implement the responsibility system for safety work at all levels.

First of all, kindergartens should strengthen leadership and implement safety responsibilities. A "safety work leading group" was established, with the director as the group leader, the deputy director and the director as the deputy team leader, the team leader, the information liaison officer, the canteen administrator and the health care doctor as members, who were specifically responsible for safety work-related matters. The director personally took the overall responsibility, and the director was responsible for the specific implementation, and all functional departments implemented it layer by layer, forming a situation of * * * *. Secondly, when discussing the main work of kindergarten at the weekly meeting, put the safety work of kindergarten on the important agenda and incorporate it into the annual work plan, monthly plan and weekly plan; In addition, special safety meetings are often held to analyze the safety problems that are easy to occur in kindergartens at all levels, study and formulate specific plans and measures, and promote the solid development of kindergarten safety work. In order to ensure the implementation of the responsibility for safety work, establish and improve the responsibility system for safety work, at the beginning of each semester, the person in charge of the school will sign the responsibility book for safety objectives with all kinds of personnel, so that the responsibility for safety work will be implemented to all people, and the responsibility system for target management will be implemented at all levels, so that there will be plans and arrangements at the beginning of the year, supervision at ordinary times and summary at the end of the year. As the saying goes, "Fiona Fang can't be made without rules". Without a sound security system, kindergartens will become slogans and become a mere formality. Therefore, our park pays close attention to the implementation of rules and regulations, and has established and improved a series of safety rules and regulations and emergency plans. Seven systems of kindergarten safety protection have been formulated, namely, fire prevention, electricity prevention, water prevention (boiling water), theft prevention, drug prevention, food poisoning prevention and children's loss prevention. Regular, personal and fixed-point safety inspections were carried out and recorded. If danger is found, handle it in time or report it to relevant personnel. In addition, the leadership system on duty, the guard system on duty, the children's succession system and ten health care systems have been established. Formulate the post responsibilities of directors, teachers, nurses, health care doctors, finance, logistics, doormen, cooks and other personnel. Relevant systems and responsibilities have been written and hung on the wall, so that the responsibilities are clear, the division of labor is specific, and the responsibility lies with people. Kindergarten has also established a series of regular education and teaching management mechanisms, so that all the work of kindergarten can be carried out in an orderly manner.

(2) Strengthen education and raise awareness. Safety should start from all aspects of daily life.

Safety education is related to the health and life safety of every child. Founder county kindergartens have always attached importance to the safety of kindergartens. In all the work of kindergarten, the safety of children has become the top priority of kindergarten teaching. Teachers infiltrate safety education into all aspects of the day according to the physical and mental characteristics of children and the safety problems that children may encounter. For example, when children enter the park, there is a health care doctor at the entrance of the hall to check their mental condition and understand their physical condition. When you arrive at the class, you should hand over the child to the class teacher in person, and then sign the "Parents Pick Up the Child to Sign in and Return the Book" set by the class; After the child arrives at class, the teacher should personally check whether the child has unsafe items; After children enter the activity area, teachers should always observe each child's movements, understand their thoughts, change roles and participate in activities to avoid unsafe incidents; In the process of breakfast and lunch, teachers teach children to develop certain life rules, educate children to abide by diet routines and avoid scalding incidents; When the children go to the toilet and go up and down the stairs, the teacher teaches them to be humble to each other, not to push or squeeze, not to run or jump, and to hold the handrails one by one; When the health care doctor gives medicine to the children with medicine at noon, the class teacher should cooperate with the health care doctor and make a record of taking medicine in time; When the child takes a nap, the teacher should constantly check the situation of the child's nap, often cover the child with a quilt and observe the sleeping position of the child; When children leave the park, parents must pick them up in person. If you are not a parent, the teacher should get in touch with the parents in time. After confirming that they are the children's relatives, they are required to sign the return form before the children can leave the park. After the children leave the garden, the nurses and teachers should clean the class, cut off all power supplies, turn off the faucet and close the doors and windows before they can leave the garden and get off work. In order to make children live a healthy, happy and safe day in kindergarten, we have always put safety education at the top of our work, infiltrated safety education into every link of children's day and protected their personal safety.

Kindergarten safety work has a long way to go. Improving the safety awareness of all staff and children is the basis to ensure the safety of children in the park. Our park has posted slogans in striking places, such as "create a safe environment and create a safe atmosphere", "care for life, pay attention to safety", "safety first, prevention first" and so on. To promote safety to staff, parents and children. At the same time, combine drills, lectures, games, children's songs and other aspects to educate children about safety, so that children can initially understand some simple self-protection knowledge and gradually have certain self-protection ability. Meaningful safety education activities are usually carried out in combination with specific days, such as "5. 12" Wenchuan earthquake, "earthquake prevention drill", "fire prevention drill", "environmental protection day" and "safety education day", and corresponding theme education activities are carried out, such as "safety theme activity wall" education activities in each class; Combined with the day's teaching game activities, we will carry out educational activities such as talking in the morning and telling stories ("Don't go with strangers" and "I am a little fireman". ) It is to educate children on fire prevention, electricity prevention, poisoning prevention, fraud prevention and abduction prevention, so that children can learn to distinguish between "right and wrong, good and bad" behaviors. Kindergarten children are young, lack of life experience and lack of self-protection and self-prevention ability. While consciously cultivating children's ability of self-protection and prevention, teachers and staff in our park pay attention to strengthening their safety protection ability, learn to find hidden dangers from small aspects of each link, eliminate hidden dangers, and ensure children's safe, healthy and happy growth in the park. In the new semester, kindergartens have strengthened the work of administrative duty. It is the turn of kindergarten leaders to go to the kindergarten early every day to comprehensively browse and check the environment and facilities inside and outside the kindergarten, and deal with problems in time when they find them. Usually pay attention to three patrols a day: patrolling morning activities, children's meals, taking a nap, organizing educational activities, etc. Feedback the situation to teachers in time, point out the existing problems, and gradually improve teachers' safety awareness and ability in the organization of one-day activities. The second is to strengthen the inspection, supervision and guidance of all aspects of safety work. Organizing children to go out for a spring outing requires teachers to step on the spot in advance and choose safe and interesting places, and the garden also makes various safety plans and measures in advance.

Kindergarten is the environment where children live and study every day. In order to ensure that children can live in a healthy and safe environment, the kindergarten has conducted a comprehensive inspection of every corner of the classroom at the beginning of the school term, completely eliminating unsafe factors: try to block the sockets that are not used at ordinary times with toy cabinets and beds to prevent children from touching them with their hands; Inform children of the commonly used plugs and sockets and remind them not to play; Put the usually sharp nails and other things out of the reach of children; Put away all kinds of tools (scissors, etc.). In addition, the logistics management personnel also do a good job in the inspection and maintenance of various items in the kindergarten, especially water, electricity, houses and large toys. When problems are found, contact people for maintenance in time, and sometimes even do it yourself, which ensures the safety of all kinds of items in kindergarten.
