Good morning, leaders and colleagues. The topic of my speech is love and dedication, do your duty.
"If you were a drop of water, would you moisten an inch of land? If you were a ray of sunshine, would you light up a little darkness? If you are a grain, have you ever given birth to life? If you are the smallest screw, will you stick to your post forever? " This is a passage from Lei Feng's diary, which tells us that no matter what position we are in, no matter what work we are doing, we should give full play to our abilities and make the greatest contribution.
It is often said that love generates motivation and love means responsibility. Without the love of the post, it is impossible to do all the work well. Love and hard work are not only a kind of spirit, but also an attitude and a realm. Only those who love their jobs and are dedicated will be diligent, study hard, be meticulous and strive for perfection! Only those who love and work hard can become the pillars of strength and hope! Only dedicated people will care less about their work, devote more, complain less and take more responsibility. Less laziness, more self-motivated.
Then, as an ordinary civil servant in a provincial organ, as a radio and television person under the new situation, how can he embody the spirit of loving his post and dedication in his ordinary post?
First of all, we must establish a sense of service, and we must have the consciousness that "government agencies are all service organizations, their work is all service posts, and their staff are all waiters of the people". Only by establishing such a sense of service can the work be full of enthusiasm.
Secondly, we should do things with our hearts and brains in our work, and implement our love and persistence in the central work of the bureau, the four major projects of radio and television, and the eight major breakthroughs, and in every specific work of our own. No matter what your ability, position and working environment are, the key is not to forget your responsibilities and be brave enough to take them. To take responsibility, the most basic requirement is to be familiar with your job responsibilities and understand your scope of work. Take the initiative to do everything within the scope of your job responsibilities, and never wait for the leadership to arrange it. At the same time, the post responsibility is embodied in fine skills, hard work style, honesty, diligence, unity and cooperation, courage to fight hard, regardless of gains and losses. As long as people are at their posts, things have to be done at the last minute. We radio and television workers should have a good professional concept, stress honesty, love and respect their jobs, strictly observe post discipline, be able to stand on their posts and take every detail of their work seriously with lofty professional ideals. In work practice, I dare to take risks and pressures, and have a long-term vision and a hard-working spirit. In the post, we should have a "professional responsibility spirit" and a strong "sense of responsibility role" to do our best and do our job well. Only in this way can we be worthy of the heavy responsibility, the post responsibility and our own contribution.
Third, to have a cool head, we must strengthen our self-cultivation, enrich our experience and build a solid defense line ideologically. At the same time, we must stand tall, be clear about our goals and plans, look at the problem from the overall situation, and naturally calm down. In the face of success and failure, we must be proud of success and failure and be calm.
Comrades, after the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the major policy of accelerating the development of cultural industry and promoting it to become a pillar industry of the national economy, the status of radio, film and television in our province has reached an unprecedented height, attracting unprecedented attention and attention. More importantly, we should keep the normal mentality of doing things in a down-to-earth manner, keep the spirit of hard work, do our ordinary jobs well, and make due contributions to the great development and prosperity of radio, film and television in our province.
