For example, a large number of high-precision projects will be completed by using mature achievements such as ultra-low limit cantilever irrigation, high pier climbing formwork, long-span closure, 900-ton box girder making transport frame and super-large beam pushing and turning, so as to enhance the economic benefits and social reputation of enterprises.
At the same time, China Railway enterprises should take cost management as the starting point of enterprise transformation and upgrading, and call for the slogan of "building quality and increasing efficiency". Make a fuss about strengthening enterprise management, tap the potential and increase efficiency internally, set up cost management centers and send multi-channel cost management supervision teams to measure and monitor the project cost before, during and after the event, rectify problems in time, give typical guidance, implement lean management, adhere to "two strictness and three controls", strengthen the construction of execution, and continuously improve the efficiency level of enterprises.
In order to promote the smooth transformation and upgrading of enterprises, China railway enterprises should build a talent echelon with complementary advantages. Focus on checking the human resources of enterprises, especially certified personnel such as registered construction engineers, cost engineers, safety engineers, accountants, materials, surveying and mapping, testing, overseas business, etc., and organize and train urgently needed talents for enterprise transformation and upgrading in a planned way, so that 156 people form a "pair" and initially establish a "long bench" talent echelon.
