? Everyone should have a dream, and everyone should fight for it. One's dream can't be realized by one's own strength. In order to achieve greater success, we must learn to help each other in the same boat as a team.
? If everyone is a grain of sand, then even if there are many people, it is just a grain of sand; To unite everyone's strength, everyone must learn to perform tasks. Just because the task is difficult to perform doesn't mean it won't be performed!
? Faced with the seemingly impossible task, the team members expressed their ideas one after another, with differences, arguments, complaints and self-blame; But when everyone can calm down and concentrate on completing the task, miracles can often be created. Different members of the team will play different roles in their daily work, and different roles will undertake different work contents and responsibilities, and finally complete the work, which is the result of the cooperation of Qi Xin, the person in charge of each process. You and I support each other, and we are the ultimate winners.
By the end of the training, many colleagues who participated in the training had a lot of feelings about this activity. Many times, when we encounter difficulties in our work, we always feel that we can't or can't do it well. However, through the completion of tasks in a series of activities, we find that it is not impossible or bad, but depends on how we do it, not only with innovative thinking, but also with planned and arranged implementation. This will get twice the result with half the effort.
