Gao Gong, the cabinet record, saw that Feng Bao's power was growing, and he couldn't bear it. He instructed cabinet ministers to put forward the slogan of "returning politics to the cabinet" and organized a group of ministers to impeach him.
At this time, Zhang, who ranked second in the cabinet, found out and instructed him to say what Gao Gong said in the cabinet in front of Li Guifei and Empress Chen, "How can a ten-year-old prince rule the world!" Change it to "how to be a master for a ten-year-old child."
Li Taihou ordered Gao Gong to return to China on charges of "dictatorship". Therefore, Zhang took the post of records in June this year, and Zhang He has completely controlled it so far.
