All the lakes and seas are the urban water body construction of Xuchang City, and the water system pattern of "Three Rivers, Two Rings and One Water Running City" is the construction direction of Xuchang City. "Five Lakes": the North Sea that has been built and five storage lakes that will be built soon, namely Minglu Lake, Furong Lake, Eastern Wetland Park and Baling Lake; "Four Seas": that is, to build four ecological forest belts with a certain scale where the three major rivers enter and leave the city; "Three Rivers": Niqing River, Qingfei River and Xueyuan River (Yinma River) flowing through the urban area.
