The ideological level of a principal determines the overall educational development level of his school. He can have more and more direct decision-making opportunities within the scope of administrative authority, and it is these large and small decisions that determine the existence and development trend of some education. A thoughtful principal can make a hopeless school full of vigor and vitality; And a headmistress who has no thoughts can run a good school in decline. In a sense, no matter how conscientious a principal is, he is not an unqualified manager.
-Thought Manager Hu Meishan
President Hu Meishan said that the essence of ruling people is thought, which can travel through time and space and is eternal. Power also rules people, but it is limited by time and space, only by time and place. The rule of thought is based on people's active acceptance and internalization. It is a soft tool, silent and subtle, but it has infinite charm. Like a magnet, it attracts people to fall for it, fight for it and sacrifice for it. It is the highest wisdom, colorful and beautiful. The rule of power is basically accepted by people in a passive way. It is a hard tool and needs to be realized from top to bottom by means of mechanisms, institutions and organizations. In order to make people obey and abide by it. It is tangible and material.

-Li Shengyong, who casts the soul of the nation
President Li Shengyong believes that the origin of education is people, and the origin of education is also people. "Preaching" is the foundation of educating people, and "giving lessons to solve doubts" only stays at the level of skills and knowledge. The biggest function of education is cultural function: imparting knowledge, enlightening thinking, pursuing wisdom and perfecting personality. But now some educators are pursuing educational utility and technical knowledge, ignoring humanity and sociality. The main function of education is to restore the lost humanity, and the fundamental essence of quality education is to make up for the missing humanity and sociality.
In a sense, the pollution of China's cultural ecology is more threatening and dangerous than that of the natural environment. If a nation stays in negative culture, low-style culture or even junk culture for a long time, its social spirit will be hurt, its national quality will be corroded, and it may eventually lead to the decline of its national spirit. Of course, the development of national culture can not be separated from the exchange and integration with the world culture, but the development of national culture should be inherited and constructive, not rigid and destructive. Without a nation, it is impossible to truly become the world. If a nation does not have its own cultural characteristics, it is not an independent and complete nation.

-1999 Du Xiliang's school motto
Nowadays, almost everyone knows "people-oriented, harmonious development". However, when Du Xiliang arrived in Jinan No.3 Vocational Secondary School on 1999, he shouted out this slogan and took it as the school motto, which was undoubtedly forward-looking and ideological.
Du Xiliang believes that from the perspective of human nature, everyone has advantages and disadvantages, as well as their own strengths and potentials. But people are different, so we need to respect differences. Since differences are respected, there should be no distinction between good people and bad people, but only right and wrong in specific matters. For students, there should be no distinction between likes and dislikes, realizable and unrealizable. We should believe that every student has a talent for success. In the process of students' growth, although the speed is different, it is the influence of the acquired environment, and it is by no means natural perfection. Therefore, we should respect and understand their differences and believe that every student can succeed. The teacher's task is to develop his talents and return his happiness in life to his children.

-Zhu Jianhua, values test.
In order to fix the values in the hearts of every faculty member, in 2003, Zhu Jianhua set up a special examination room in the school and closed the examination. First of all, the nine examination rooms of the faculty examination are open at the same time, and invigilated by members of the leadership team; After the faculty examination, there will be a leading group to take part in the small examination room, which will be invigilated by the faculty representative. The content of the exam is the value of 14. If you misspell a word, deduct 1 point. 80 points failed with subordinates. Those who fail the exam are allowed to make up the exam once, and if they fail again, they will leave their posts and wait for their posts. The examination was announced, with nearly 20 people 100, more than 70 people scored 90 points, and 6 people scored below 80 points. The second make-up exam, all six people passed.

-Yang Yiqing's interpretation of "personality development"
"Personality development" has become a fashionable discourse in education today. But Yang Yiqing's consideration at that time pointed to the future. He believes that the requirements for talents in the future are multi-variety, multi-level and multi-specification. In order to meet the needs of future development, education should provide a "future" environment for students' personality development from now on. It is based on this kind of thinking that when there is a contradiction between today's exam-taking and future development, he will not hesitate to abandon the former and choose the latter.
One of the important tasks of quality education is to develop students' potential intelligence, so that students' personality and hobbies can be fully developed in quality education. The orientation of quality education is also "facing the future", and the relationship between "personality development" and "future" has a forward-looking role. There are more and more primary school students in Xue Jun, each with his own specialty, which has become a colorful cultural landscape.

—— Zhao Fuqing, a researcher in life education
President Zhao Fuqing of Laizhou Bilingual Experimental School has studied life education for many years and published many insightful theoretical articles. In his view, life education is to respect, respect and treat life first. Only in this way can we know, cherish and improve students' quality of life. In normal educational life, only by realizing emotional communication, spiritual collision and life dialogue with children can we lay a solid foundation for their lifelong development.
President Zhao Fuqing told reporters that life education in bilingual experimental schools is not just empty talk, but through many trivial educational details, it constantly inspires teachers to think about life education, constantly enriches the practice of life education and improves the quality of life of teachers and students. Life education is for every living life. For the development of every life, it is one of the essentials of life education to tap the life potential of every child and make it grow optimally.

Second, culture has become the source of development.
The competition between one person and another, one school and another school, or even one country and another country depends on culture. As a way of human existence, culture's fundamental pursuit is people-oriented and people-oriented. It is in this process of "culture" that individuals gradually gain knowledge, wisdom and ideas, and at the same time, the overall cultural character of the school is naturally improved. However, the key to the construction of school culture lies not in the works of students, the civilization of teachers' language, the richness of cultural and sports activities, but in the cultural pursuit internalized in the hearts of teachers and students. In a sense, cultural construction is the soul of school development.

-Yu Shuzeng, building a learning system.
President Yu Shuzeng asked all teachers in the school to study, study and study again. Implement induction training and "apprenticeship" for new teachers. "Be familiar with teaching routines for one year, subject textbooks for three years, teaching rules for six years, and become a famous teacher for nine years." Make clear requirements for teachers under the age of 40: at least finish postgraduate courses. He even encouraged teachers to study for master's and doctor's degrees on-the-job and off-job. Even if you are in a high position after graduation, you should not give up eating because of choking. Some people worry that brain drain will bring losses to the school, but the headmaster still does not change his mind. He believes that after-school outflow is only an individual phenomenon after all, and they account for a very low proportion of the whole school learners. Besides, they are the talents of our country and the pride of the affiliated middle school. He said that the affiliated middle school pursues the lofty goal of being first-class in China and going global, so we need more provincial and national famous teachers. Building a learning system in an all-round way is the only way for famous teachers to come forth in large numbers and develop continuously, and it is also a grand project pointing to the future. The charm of famous schools not only casts the glory of today, but also casts the glory of the future.

-Li Qingping, who encourages teachers and students to read and write.
President Li Qingping often warns teachers and students to have a deep understanding of this sentence: "The most vulgar people are people who don't love books, the least angry people don't buy books, the most pitiful people don't read, and the most incompetent people can't write". Therefore, he asked teachers to "smoke less, be more bookish and be a veritable cultural person".
A large number of new books and good books have been purchased, and the library and reading room have been continuously enriched. As a result, the school now has 6.5438+0.4 million books for all teachers and students who love books to get what they need. At the same time, nearly 500 faculty members in the school are provided with 300 yuan Reading Fund every year, which is reimbursed by ticket; Encourage teachers to promote writing by reading, educate and reflect on teaching, teach composition and teach cases. Reward teachers who publish articles in newspapers and periodicals. Thereby creating a cultural atmosphere of glorious reading and meritorious writing.

Material culture: from scratch, from existence to essence
Behavior Culture: From Passive to Active
Institutional culture: from integration to transcendence
Spiritual Culture: From Inheritance to Innovation
Jin Honghong predicted that after a long period of time, the management mode "inaction management" he envisioned would emerge as the times require. He believes that this is the highest state of management, and management will be completely divorced from its compulsion. At this time, all the management rights of the school will be realized through the silent influence of the school's cultural power.

Third, wisdom has made extraordinary achievements.
Some principals pretend to have knowledge, but knowledge is not equal to wisdom. Knowledge is about things, and wisdom is about life; Knowledge is the externalization of thought, and wisdom is the reflection of life; Knowledge can only see that a stone is a stone and a grain of sand is a grain of sand, but wisdom can see the scenery in the stone and find the soul in a grain of sand. A wise headmaster can not only face difficulties, but also solve them easily and even enjoy the pleasure of solving them. In order to achieve a lofty goal, some principals can succeed in what ordinary people think is "knowing what they can't do". Therefore, the wisdom of the headmaster shines in solving difficulties and achieving success, thus creating opportunities and special space for the development of the school.
-Han Zhongyu, who initiated self-confidence education
In the college entrance examination in 2003, the number of undergraduates in Weifang ranked first in Shandong Province. The number of undergraduate students in Anqiu ranks first in Weifang. Anqiu No.4 Middle School became the first school in the city with the highest undergraduate completion rate, the largest number of students in each class and the highest undergraduate enrollment rate, and won the only "Outstanding Contribution Award for Educating People" trophy in Anqiu City.
However, Anqiu No.4 Middle School, with 196 staff and 2,600 students, is a rural high school. There are only three teachers who graduated with the first degree, most of them are rural children in Yimeng Mountain area, and most freshmen are losers from key high schools in the city.

-Lu Zhiwen, who doesn't need to "hang a sword"
Lu Zhiwen believes that the management of principals is generally divided into three levels: management of concierge, management of classroom and management of atrium. Obviously, the concierge is the lowest level of management, and the atrium is the highest level of management. He never checks the teacher's lateness, leaving early, and even rarely attends classes. He studied more about how to make the staff of the whole school do things happily, efficiently and correctly.
Lu Zhiwen vividly compared the headmaster to three different types: hanging sword, dancing sword and using sword. He said that he is "hanging a sword", hanging it without using it, just like "defeating the enemy without fighting", which is the best policy in management. Although "sword dancing" is a deterrent to the police, it casts a shadow of panic on the psychological level of the managed. The result of "using the sword" is that the principal offender and the beheaded person become enemies. Lu Zhiwen believes that in order to hold the sword without using it, the headmaster should be able to "endure the gas" like a tire and "warn others by beating himself" like an alarm clock. Because anger is useless and harmful to health, he firmly believes the warning of a western philosopher: "There is only one thing in the world that is doomed to suffer, and that is to lose his temper!" With this kind of thinking and psychological preparation, coupled with the need to "hang a sword", his self-proclaimed "tire" is always inflated although it is not inflated.
