The 9th Harbin Ice and Snow World took welcoming the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games as its main content, determined the theme of "Ice and Snow World, Olympic Dream", and interpreted the Olympic slogan of "One World, One Dream" with fantastic ice and snow landscape.

The Ninth Ice and Snow World is planned to be six scenic spots, namely, Olympic Flame Scenic Spot, Olympic Micro-treasure Scenic Spot, 2009 Universiade Scenic Spot, Olympia Shengya Mountain Scenic Spot, Happy World Scenic Spot and Olympic Sentiment Scenic Spot.

Among them, the biggest attraction is the world's first colorful snow golf course, as well as the 40-meter-high Olympic Pagoda and ice climbing rocks. The omni-directional design of lighting adds more charm to the night in the world of ice and snow.
