As a primary school math teacher, how do you manage the classroom discipline?
To grasp the principles and boundaries of teaching management, so that the classroom order is always under the effective control of teachers, classroom behaviors that must be observed or explicitly prohibited must be completely corrected. On this basis, we should reflect the flexibility of management, make the classroom atmosphere active, give full play to students' subjective initiative, and be strict, moderate, lively and not chaotic. The so-called "from point to area" means that in the process of teaching management, we should pay attention to starting from bit by bit, from the first class, to eliminate bad behavior in the bud or initial stage, so as to prevent the delay; Gradually spread good study habits and let them develop. When dealing with common problems or group mistakes, don't reprimand collectively (this will easily make students form a defensive alliance and fail to achieve effective educational results). It is much better to take the practice of divide and conquer and combine points with areas. My experience is: praising students in public, criticizing students in private, and singling out students (of course, it is not a fight with students, nor a class struggle, but a response to those students who are difficult to manage and have a strong rebellious mentality).
