I gloriously participated in the company's training course for development targets in party member. During my study, I started with a correct learning attitude, attended class training on time in a serious, pious, proud and conscious state of mind, observed class discipline, and prepared lessons and study notes during recess. Under the guidance of Zhang Yongjiang, the company's chief political engineer, director of the Party Committee Organization Department, and Guo Benzhong, deputy secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, I carefully studied the training textbook for joining the Party and the knowledge textbook "Questions and Answers to Joining the Party" compiled by the Central Party School Press, and watched the video of party constitution TV textbook at the 16th National Congress of the Central Organization Department. Although the training time is very short, under the careful guidance and careful explanation of the company leaders, I have a further understanding of the party, and my reverence and love for the party have deepened.
Motivation to join the party is an important aspect that every comrade who requests to join the party must truthfully report to the party organization. The correct motivation to join the party is supported by great ideals and beliefs and correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. My motivation for joining the Party is "to join the cause of * * * and serve the people better". Correct motivation is the spiritual power of correct action. I feel honored to be able to participate in the training course for activists joining the Party organized by the Party organization of our college, and I also cherish this learning opportunity.
Through the study of this party class, both the theoretical knowledge of the party and the improvement of its own ideological consciousness have made great progress. During my study, I always take part in every study with a serious attitude and think positively. I listened carefully to Secretary Wu's wonderful report, thoroughly studied why Socialism with Chinese characteristics should be built, carefully studied the report on the motivation to join the party, and conducted in-depth practical study and discussion on why Socialism with Chinese characteristics should be built and the motivation to join the party, which benefited me a lot. Although a period of training can't make me understand and feel the gist at the deepest and highest level, it is enough for me to be baptized in correcting my motivation to join the party and sublimate my understanding of the party, thus strengthening my confidence and determination to apply for joining the party organization. In this study and training, I realized that my previous study and understanding of the party's nature, guiding ideology, program and purpose was superficial, and I don't know why. Through the systematic study of this party class, I made it clear that the nature of the Party is the vanguard of the working class in China, the vanguard of the people of China and the Chinese nation, and the leading core of the cause of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. It represents the development requirements of advanced productive forces in China, the orientation of advanced culture in China and the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of people in China. Guided by Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents. The highest ideal and ultimate goal of the Party is to realize productism.
This study and training has given me a more concrete and in-depth understanding of the importance of correcting the motivation to join the party. Through the study of this party class, I deeply realized that only China can save socialism and only socialism can save China. Because from Secretary Hu Jian's class, I understand the essential difference between socialism and capitalism: First, capitalist democracy adapts to and serves the economic base of capitalist private ownership, while socialist democracy is based on public ownership of the means of production and serves the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people. Democracy belongs to the superstructure. Superstructure is determined by a certain social and economic foundation. What kind of economic foundation, there must be what kind of superstructure. In a capitalist society. The bourgeoisie occupies a dominant position in economy, and the foundation of capitalist economy is private ownership, which determines that the bourgeoisie must occupy a dominant position in politics, and bourgeois democracy must mean serving private ownership and the bourgeoisie. Second: capitalist democracy is actually the democracy of a few exploiters, and socialist democracy is the democracy of the majority. Bourgeois democracy is based on private ownership, and it can only be the democracy of the haves, while the haves are a minority. Therefore, bourgeois democracy is a minority democracy and a narrow democracy. Workers are the vast majority of society, so socialist democracy is a broad democracy. Third, the separation of the form and content of capitalist democracy is hypocritical democracy, while the unity of the form and content of socialist democracy is real democracy. The separation of form and content, principle and practice is a typical feature of capitalist democracy.
Through the study in party classes, I am more convinced that socialism will eventually replace capitalism, because Secretary Hu has deeply analyzed the disadvantages of capitalism: the poor organizational ability of capitalist society, which mentioned that in a capitalist country abroad, when natural disasters came, the government departments only discussed them without taking any practical measures, and the people suffered huge losses in natural disasters. In a socialist country like China, the situation is completely different. For example, in the Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan, state leaders went straight to the front line of the disaster area, and the people of the whole country helped Wenchuan in Sichuan. Although capitalism advocates freedom, democracy, equality and fraternity, this empty slogan cannot stand the test of time. As far as equality is concerned, if you want to run for president in the United States, it is impossible to complete the election without financial support. Although there are only five existing socialism in the world: China, Korea, Cuba, Viet Nam and Laos. But I still won't shake my confidence in socialism, because I learned from Secretary Hu that Russia's development from socialist reform to capitalist road is not ideal. Food and clothing is a domestic problem. Even potatoes have to be transported back to China by plane from China, which has solved the problem of food shortage in China. Also, in the Manifesto of the Productive Party, Marx and Engels declared: "The old bourgeois society will be replaced by class and class opposition. In this consortium, everyone's free development is the condition for everyone's free development." It can be said that all Marxist theories revolve around how to get rid of exploitation, oppression and alienation and realize human freedom, liberation and development, and regard realizing human freedom, liberation and development as the value ideal and goal of proletarian and human struggle. The socialist core value system must include China Marxism, socialist ideal, serving the people, collectivism, honesty and trustworthiness.
In addition to the above shortcomings, capitalism also has a fatal shortcoming, that is, it lacks spiritual support, while socialism, on the contrary, has its own unique spirit. Socialist spiritual civilization is a new stage of the development of human spiritual civilization and a brand-new civilization different from any previous social spiritual civilization. Based on the socialist public ownership of the means of production, it is essentially a civilization of the proletariat and the masses, and its achievements are enjoyed by the masses. It not only has highly developed scientific, technological, educational and cultural undertakings to provide intellectual support for the construction of material civilization, but also has Marxist scientific theory as a guide to form ideological, political, moral concepts and social features that can promote the healthy development of the socialist cause, provide spiritual impetus for the construction of material civilization and ensure the socialist direction. Its two internal components promote each other and develop harmoniously. Therefore, it is by far the most scientific, noble and progressive spiritual civilization in human history.
Socialism with Chinese characteristics culture is an important force to unite and inspire people of all ethnic groups throughout the country and an important symbol of comprehensive national strength. Culture is the soul of a nation and the spiritual bond to maintain national unity and national unity. Socialism with Chinese characteristics culture is a symbol of Chinese national identity and a banner that unites the people of the whole country and Chinese people all over the world. Socialism with Chinese characteristics culture provides intellectual support, spiritual motivation and ideological guarantee for modernization. In modern society, we deeply feel that the connotation of culture is getting richer and richer, and the role of culture is getting bigger and bigger. In short, through the training of activists, I further systematically studied the basic knowledge and theory of the party and further established a correct motivation to join the party. In the future, I will study these scientific theories more seriously, build my belief in productism on a scientific basis, strengthen the transformation of my thoughts and world outlook, and establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. I am honored to have the opportunity to participate in this training on party member's development goals. Through this training, I earnestly studied the basic theoretical knowledge of the Party, corrected the attitude of joining the Party, made clear the motivation of joining the Party, and really understood and got to know the * * * production party in China. At the same time, I deeply realized how excellent the China * * production party is.
In this process, I also realized many of my shortcomings, corrected some previous misconceptions in time, and made me realize the importance of learning in time and carrying out learning activities. Only by studying party constitution can we understand what the Party's great spirit is, what its purpose is, and what its line, principles and policies are. Only by correctly positioning yourself, understanding the close relationship between rights and obligations, and understanding the basic qualities of being a qualified party member, can we improve ourselves better and be strict with ourselves by a party member standard.

How solemn it is to join the party. There is only one time in one's life and only one time in one's mind.
