Hengli Group is the parent company of Hengli Petrochemical. The main body of Hengli Petrochemical is in Liaoning Province, but the most valuable asset of Hengli Group-Hengli 20 million tons/year refining and chemical integration project is a major private refining and chemical project listed in the the State Council document, and it is also a new round of northeast revitalization strategic project, with 9.6 million tons of continuous reforming and 4.5 million tons of aromatic hydrocarbon combined plant as the core, with a total hydrogenation capacity of more than 27 million tons. The PTA production base of Hengli (Changxing Island, Dalian) Industrial Park has an annual output of120,000 tons, which is one of the PTA plants with the largest production capacity, the most advanced technology level and the most complete comprehensive facilities in China.
