Our school's green plant adoption activity was done earlier, and it should be the third school in XX campus. Here, I apologize first. I think I'm a little too anxious to do this activity. Although I worked hard in the whole process of planning this activity, there are still many places I haven't considered. Let's sum up the activities here. I hope you don't make the same mistake as me.

Because there is no Weibo Association or environmental protection society in our school, I organized this activity jointly with the student union of our college. All activities are planned after receiving the materials.

Preparatory work:

(1) packaging of seeds

There was a problem in this link, that is, less than 500 wrapping papers and bags were distributed in the materials, which I didn't expect, resulting in insufficient seeds for later activities. Some students who wanted seeds didn't get them. They felt very sorry that they didn't think of this problem at first. They should prepare some small bags in advance in case of insufficient seeds.

(2) Video promotion

In the process of seed packaging, we invited students from Communication College to help us record a news video, which was played in the canteen in the morning, which made a good publicity for the early stage of the activity and let the students know that we will launch this activity soon.

(3) Poster publicity

In order to achieve the best publicity effect and make the whole school pay attention to our activities, we not only drew 20 posters by ourselves, designed the green tree display board, but also printed 120 copies of participation methods on A4 paper, and also found a classmate from the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of our school to help us make a QR code, which can be directly accessed to the home page of #XX City College's green plant adoption activities with a light sweep.

(4) Online publicity

There is nothing special about promoting activities through Weibo, which is completely carried out according to the promotion time in the activity plan.

(5) Personnel arrangement

Because the day of our activity is Tuesday, the main activity time is from noon 1 1: 00 to evening 17: 30, so we made personnel arrangements before the activity. Because the weather was not very good at the beginning of the activity, we made two activity plans to prevent accidents on the day of the activity. No matter which scheme, we have made careful arrangements in personnel to ensure that every road leading to the event site has our staff to publicize and guide activities. Moreover, according to the class time of the staff, a reasonable duty table is made to ensure that there are always our staff at the event site.

The day before the event (April 1):

(1) Post 20 theme posters in the publicity column of the teaching building office of each college, with the participation methods of our activities attached.

(2) Post 100 copies of A4 paper to print the participation method and QR code in the dormitory of the whole school 13, so as to ensure that each floor has our activity leaflet.

(3) Post 20 DIY posters on various publicity boards in the school.

(4) Divide the green plant stickers into 20 copies and write down our participation methods, and stick them on the glass doors at the entrance and exit of each teaching building.

Note: According to my personal experience, the speed of school poster coverage is really too fast, so all posters and leaflets should not be posted too early. This period of time must be well grasped, otherwise it will not only fail to achieve the publicity effect, but also waste time and resources. Moreover, in order to achieve good publicity effect, it is also very important to improve the quality and quantity of posters. In this activity, we posted nearly 65,438+070 posters and leaflets of various sizes. Afterwards, many students reported that our activities can be seen everywhere in the school, so it is difficult to know, so the publicity effect of this activity can be imagined.

Activity date (April 2):

It was still raining the day before our activity, and when we woke up the next day, it was white outside, and my heart was cold at that time. Fortunately, on 10, the fog gradually dispersed, and our staff arranged the scene in front of the Green Island Club on time. The only fly in the ointment was that the sun was too strong to be displayed on the big screen, and some videos prepared in advance to promote environmental protection were not played.

During the activity, we have been playing environmental public welfare songs in a sound loop to attract students' attention, and during the whole process, the host has been giving environmental lectures and introducing activities at the activity site through the Mike loop. On every road leading to the event site, our staff used our participation method to publicize and guide, and our participation method and QR code were posted everywhere at the event site.

During lunch break, students came to our activity site in an endless stream. Our green tree display board is covered with students' environmental declaration stickers, and many school leaders and teachers personally participated in our activities. Because we made careful personnel deployment and activity flow arrangement before, the activity site was not so flustered. However, some accidents happened at the scene. Some users failed to send short messages or failed to send them. At that time, after reporting to the city supervisor and regional manager, we told users that it was the operator's problem, and we asked users to participate in our activities as much as possible in the form of clients. Although it affected our activities more or less, our activities were successfully completed.

The above is my summary of this activity, and the following are my shortcomings after the activity. I hope you can take this as a warning:

(1) media

In this respect, I think it is my biggest failure in this activity. I only thought of using the media to promote our activities in the early stage, but I didn't contact the outside media before the event and didn't report our activities on the day of the event. This directly led to the reduction of the influence of our activities. Although I reported it in the school newspaper afterwards, the effect was definitely not as good as that reported on TV that day.

(2) packaging

After reading the summary of using green plants in Sun Yat-sen College of XX Medical University, I think it's very thoughtful to cooperate with the canteen to load mud in advance, which saves students a lot of trouble and is worth learning.

I hope I can learn from experience and lessons and not make the same mistake again in future activities.
